Common questions about our delivery service
Someone should be home if you want specific placement or are paying cash. Otherwise, just let us know where to leave the wood and we can drop it off. Our driver will text photos of the delivery.
No problem! Just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll reschedule at no extra charge. Same-day changes may incur a small fee depending on availability.
Standard delivery is to your driveway. Backyard or garage placement is available with our stacking service for an additional fee. Let us know your needs and we'll accommodate.
We deliver in most weather conditions. In severe weather (heavy snow, ice storms), we may need to reschedule for safety. We'll contact you to arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.
We can deliver to apartments if there's accessible truck parking. We'll leave the wood curbside or in a designated loading area. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
